Alaska
Flyout Fishing Trips
Alaska
fly out fishing adventures at it's best!
Some of the finest
fishing Alaska has to offer can only be accessed by air taxi. The
experience of flying in a DeHavilland Otter floatplane to go on your
fishing trip of a lifetime is unforgetable. We fly into remote mountain
lakes and wild, untamed rivers amidst breathtaking backdrops and
abundant wildlife in search of king, silver, and sockeye salmon. Our
fly
out trips are often only a 20 minute flight from Kenai and offer
awesome views of Mt. Redoubt and the Alaska range.
Wolverine Creek
Wolverine Creek is
among the best fly out fishing trips that North America has to
offer, situated
across the west side of Cook Inlet offering some of the best bear
viewing opportunities in the world. It's not uncommon to see ten or
more different brown and black bear in a day. The sockeye fishing there
is tremendous as well, at times the schools of fish are so thick you
could walk across them. This trip will be the highlight of your Alaska
vacation and will more than likely fill up your camera's memory card.
Kustatan River
The Kustatan
river is an incredible silver salmon fishery. After an exciting landing
in the sleuth you'll be transfered into one of our 18 foot jet boats
and be taken on a short boat ride to the hottest fishing holes on the
river. Limits are the norm, and plan on your arms getting tired by days
end.
Chuitna River
The Chuit is a
little known king and silver salmon fishery across the west side of
Cook Inlet with outstanding fly fishing opportunities. The Chuit is a
narrow, shallow river that often runs quite clear and holds fantastic
runs of kings and silvers. The great thing about this remote
destination is the limited access due to being off the road system and
on native land. Often times we'll have the river completely to
ourselves and never see another group of fishermen. A definate hot-spot
fly fishing location. |
